VOTE YES

Certis Security Australia Sydney Airport Enterprise Agreement 2024

An in-principle agreement has been reached with the United Workers Union (UWU). This means both parties agree that the latest EBA offer is fair, reasonable and provides the team working at Sydney Airport with better pay, better conditions and better recognition.

This comprehensive package underscores our dedication to fostering a thriving and supportive workplace for you. These increases, both in pay and in conditions for our Sydney Airport staff, will set a new benchmark for airport workers across Australia.

We remain committed to finalising the agreement as soon as possible. Just like you, we are eager to provide the benefits and pay increases to you right away, so vote yes to not delay!

Below is a detailed breakdown of the agreement benefits you will gain if a yes vote is received – we encourage you to read and ask any questions ahead of the voting period.

Over the course of the 7-day access period, members from the Certis Human Resources and Management teams will be at all 3 terminals during morning and evening breaks to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the EBA agreement. An FAQ document has also been created that can help answer some of your questions. Alternatively, you can email your questions to AU_AirportHR@certisgroup.com.
