Certis collaborates with Changi Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Changi Airport Group, to support TOUCH Community Services’ donation box programme from 17 December 2018 to 16 December 2021. The donation boxes are placed throughout all four Changi Airport terminals.
Certis will assist in the collection, sorting and processing of the donation boxes monies. All these will be handled professionally by Certis’ aviation security and secured logistics officers.
The partnership aims to support TOUCH Community Services, which is dedicated to assist children from low-income or single-parent families, youths-at-risk, needy families, people with special and healthcare needs, and the frail elderly. The donations raised from this initiative will be directed towards TOUCH’s programmes for disadvantaged youths.
This is part of Certis’ continued efforts to be a committed, socially responsible corporate citizen in helping those in need.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed at Changi Airport Terminal 2 on 19 December 2018 by Mr Tan Toi Chia, SVP & Head, Corporate Planning & Group Communications of Certis and Ms Leong Lai Cheng, Chief Operating Officer of TOUCH. Mr Benny Lim, SVP & Head of Certis CISCO Aviation Security and Ms Joyce Ang, Manager of Partnership & Communications of TOUCH, witnessed the signing.
