No, all existing contracts remain valid. Please contact your Client Service Manager for any further queries you may have on this subject.

5. Are your contact details staying the same, can I still contact the same number for service?

Yes, all existing contact details will remain the same. We have also introduced a 1300 CERTIS number where you can also reach us.

6. What document changes can we expect to see?

The business name and logo on our invoices, quotations, purchase orders and other official documents will progressively change to feature the new name and logo.

7. Will I get new signage for my site?

Yes, new signage has been created. If your site currently has SNP external warning signage this will be progressively updated. Your Client Service Manager will coordinate with you when this will happen.

8. Will you change your fleet?

Yes, our fleet will begin to phase into a new and refreshed Certis Security Australia brand identity.

9. Will the SNP Security social media pages be changing?

Yes, we will be integrating all our social media initiatives together with Certis. Be sure to follow us and stay up to date with all business initiatives.
