- Strict Access Control
Authentication is required for all licensees and mandatees before entry is granted.
Only *licensee(s) and **mandatee(s) are allowed into the secure facility. All licensee(s)/mandatee(s) will be authenticated via approved documents and signature/thumbprint before being granted access.
* Licensee(s) – The registered customer(s) who has access AND full administrative rights to the safe deposit box.
** Mandatee(s) – The person(s) authorised by the licensee(s) to have access to the safe deposit box only.

| Golden number / Choice Location | Select an auspicious, lucky, or favourite number, or a choice location for your safe deposit box, from $39 to $399. |
| Additional / Change **Mandatee | Register additional mandatee(s) to access your safe deposit box for $75 per mandatee. You may also change an existing mandatee at the same rate. |
| Additional / Change *Licensee | Any amendments of licensee(s) will be charged at $75. |
| Emergency Access | Access your safe deposit box after operating hours, anytime, any day for $500, subject to a notification of at least 2 hours in advance. |
| Upgrade / Downgrade of Box Size | Upgrade your box size for FREE. An administrative fee of $75 is payable for any downgrade in size. |
| Change of Inner SDB Box | Request to replace the inner box of your Safe Deposit Box at an administration fee of $40 per box. |
| Urgent Locksmith | Urgent locksmith assistance is available at an administrative fee of $200, subject to locksmith’s availability. |
